Troop surge in Iraq
hello,
your report on the declining deaths in cancer patients was good news until you sain that more blacks are still dying from it than whites. well, it wouldnt be because insurance is more accessable to whites then blacks would it??!!! you bet it is. its sad to think that in this day and age blacks are still down on the list of life saving procedures.
