TRACKBACKS
I don"t know if this is where this should be posted, but I felt compelled to e-mail you. I am from New Orleans and lost everything in Hurricane Katrina. My family and I were displaced to Atlanta, and I returned in Dec. My wife nd kids remained so that the kids could finish school. You were the most fair and objective anchor when it comes to Katrina coverage. It seems as if your objective was/is to keep the plight of New Orleans in the forefront. We aapreciate that. Also, I wanted to offer my condolences on the death of your sister last year. When you come back to N.O., I'd love to meet you and thank you in person. Thanks again, Patrick

Brian...this will be a wonderful story. I watched Oprah last night where she and John were on. It was a wonderful story. I am not a Democrat, but I am very supportive of her and what she has been through. It doesn't matter what party you are a affiliated with when it comes to matters of the heart and soul. She is a wonderful mother, woman and friend to all. I am proud to say she is a fellow North Carolinan. And we love her!!! Thank you for reporting on her.

I was very disappointed in Brian's story on Tokyo Rose. I believe he had many facts wrong including repeating "quotes" that she never made. Perhaps if someone had researched the issue (ie read about her trial and learned about the POWs and soldiers who testifed on her behalf)nbc would have learned about the truth and understood why she received a pardon.
