Snapshots from Germany
A Greenpeace protest sign hangs from a building in the Stralsund harbor.
There was much for the two leaders to talk about today with the increasing violence in the Middle East. President Bush rarely ventures out to play tourist, as his trips are usually carefully scripted and all business. The White House press corps, always in tow, is often treated to some pretty spectacular backdrops. I captured these images just yards from our workspace and on the fly... as I quickly took in my surroundings before heading back in to cover the president and chancellor's press conference in Stralsund, Germany.

So these are the pictures you chose to share of Germany? A greenpeace sign and a "typical German timber frame home"? That alone is ridicuous to the point of farce. That is like going to a Detroit trailer park, snapping a photo and writing about "the typical Americal two wheeled home." Really. Tell the truth. You took those shots from the terrace of the hotel bar (where I am sure you spent most your time).

LOL. If that is appropriate to the "uniter" post. Isn't it sad? But true. One thing, though, tell the leaders of Iran and North Korea the same thing. Now we, the USA, are lumped together with these members of the AXIS OF EVIL.

Look at that banner and tell me Bush isn't a uniter!
