Smoking sanctuary
This is great news.. but thats just it ..its news. What happens when these pepople who have died without this aid when they now live. Live for what to die another way like starvation, war, or something far worse. The people in africa are political pawns and Bill and Warren and all their money are not going to change things without greasing the big wheels along the way. They need to look at the big picture.. when these people live, who's going to feed them, what is the life they have once they beat aids or whatever. Will the African governments find another way to sqeeze even more from Bill and Warren.. or will other agencies and governments have to step in to foot the even larger tab of feeding these people for the rest of their lives.
